Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

In order to supply you with your order, it is imperative that you understand our cancellation policy.

You must return your product within 30 days upon the receipt of your order. Your item must not be damaged or have half of the product used. Returns for PPE Products (ie: Masks, Gloves, Rapid Tests) will not be accepted. This is to enforce the strict standards around safety and contamination.

All orders must be paid in full at time of order, we have a no cancellation policy. With the volatility of supply, and pricing, we cannot accept a cancellation once an order has been received. Our orders are immediately placed with our suppliers to ensure that the orders are placed on incredibly coveted production runs.

In the event that Eco Sanitizer cannot fulfil your order, despite our attentive efforts, and the expiration of a 60 day period following your expected delivery date, Eco Sanitizer will refund you the contracted price, at our discretion.
